Supplement reviews

The format is built and the standard is set. A product appears here once someone on this site has used it long enough to say something worth reading.

No reviews published yet

This is a deliberate gap, not an unfinished page. Most supplement reviews online are written by people who have never opened the bottle, paid for by the brand they describe. Until that changes, the honest position here is to publish nothing until there is something real to say. The evidence guides cover what the trials already settle.

How a review here is built

Used before reviewed

Nobody reviews a product they have not taken. That rules out most of what gets reviewed on the internet, and it is the whole reason this page is empty rather than full of paid summaries.

What is in it, in plain numbers

Every ingredient and dose from the label, compared against what the trials actually tested. If a product doses an ingredient at a tenth of the studied amount, that goes in the review.

What is proven and what is not

Each review says which claim has trial support and which rests on a mechanism study or an industry-funded trial. Both get equal space.

Who it is for, and who should skip it

A supplement that makes sense for a tested deficiency is a waste for someone who is replete. Reviews say which side you are likely on and how to find out.
